Colleen is a recent college graduate who has had a lifelong passion for food. Her earliest memories in the kitchen include making pizza with her dad and standing on a “step-stool” stirring gravy. During her undergraduate career at Boston University, she discovered her passion for entertaining (even in cramped dorm rooms!). Her culinary style focuses on low-cost, high-class meals with quality ingredients and classic preparations. And if its healthy- its an added bonus!
When she’s not cooking at home, Colleen enjoys reading about and visiting local restaurants, which often inspire future nights at home.
After 4 years in Kenmore Square, Colleen is moving to “the burbs” of Coolidge Corner in Brookline, MA. She lives with her boyfriend, Ryan, as well as her friends Denise and Mike.
